The texts and emails were all good. Except, no one told me one of the two doors ordered would not arrive until Thursday, when I had to leave my car on Monday. The job was supposed to be done on Friday, but it stretched into Tuesday of the following wk. If I would have been informd abt the lateness of the one door, I could have waited to bring my car into the shop. It cost the insurance co. more money re: car rental expense, too.

I appreciate the work on the car but we did have an issue with the paint not matching. Nick’s was great about taking it back (2/17) to make sure that they are able to match the paint. They also took the lead on working through this with the insurance company including a car rental.
