I came to Nick's highly recommended by my brother. I have been driving for over 55 years and this would be my very first time filing a claim for a vehicle accident. The entire process of getting my car repaired was new to me. So I walked into Nick's Repair office expecting a 100 questions, an hour of filling out paper work and signing my name multiple times. To my surprise the entire process lasted less than 10 minutes. All I provided was my driver's license and my car insurance. My insurance company and Nick's worked out all the details including a car rental. Nick's said it would take three days (Wed. to Fri.) to finish the repairs and I could pick up my car on Friday afternoon. I remember driving to pick up my car and wondering how I was going to return the rental car, what if I didn't like the repairs and how much money was it going to cost me that they failed to tell me. I walked into the office, signed one sheet of paper, listen to them call the car rental telling them they could pick up their car and didn't spend a penny. I inspected my car which was washed and cleaned inside and the repairs were incredible. Everything looked new as though there was no accident at all and I didn't spend a penny! I highly recommend Nick's for their repair work, the ease of their entie process from walking in to dropping off my cad and walking out to my repaied car. Everyone was very polite too! Thank you Nick's for a wonderful experience for what I thought would be a horrible process. John F. Williams

They provided great quality for the body work needed from a deer strike. Friendly and professional staff that handled most of the coordination with insurance and car rental. Definitely recommend!
