Terrible service. Rim wasn’t out on correctly and broke off same day I got my car back. New rim they gave me also hard scratches on it already.

5/10 simply because of how long it took to repair my car, on top of that i was promised brand new genuine stock alfa romeo parts, come to find out all they did was swap out a used up old hood, which i eventually find out myself after finding the very top of the hood chipped which was never chipped before so i checked another spot on the hood that i knew had a rock chip and was a white spot along a black hood. that chip could not be found. so yeah 2 months later i get a used up hood with chips i never had before and somebody actually looked in my backpack that i had in my trunk and stole my 150$ chanel cologne

you have to call in yourself to get updates on the car, they might tell you that they will call and update you weekly but i went weeks without them ever calling/texting or communicating with me, if i wanted to know something about my car i would always have to call them

Although they prolonged the pickup process, it wasn't entirely their fault. They did a great job on the repair and answered my questions when I had any.
