I am still having issues with the window not staying up since the accident, I am checking with a dealership tomorrow to see if it was due to the accident, even though I did not have this problem until after the accident. I was told by Nimnicht that since the direct hit was on the rear left side of my vehicle it should not have affected the right side window, which doesn't make sense to me. A direct hit on either side of a vehicle can cause problems in multiple areas of the vehicle.

vehicle was there for a month on what was a 3 day repair- 1 week was a delay on my part the other 3 weeks was due to not receiving a call back. Once I picked up my vehicle there was an array of electrical issues that I had previously made known to your department and that had not been checked out. I have used your body shop consistently over the past 10 years but likely will not moving forward.
