Brenda, working the front desk, was the most unhelpful, and the least bit friendly. Every time I called for an update, she had to get someone else to give me an answer. When I came in person to pick my car up after 3 weeks of it being in the shop, she speaks in very belittling terms. Jennifer also never called once to give me an update in 3 weeks time unless I called first asking for an update.

Everyone else was very kind except for the front desk person but seeing as she is the first face your customers see I would highly recommend suggested she make an attitude adjustment before she loses you business

The older front desk woman was very rude and didn’t greet me when I walked in and when I tried to make small talk she just shut me down. I felt very disrespected. I walked up to the desk because I saw she was busy and was waiting patiently for her to greet me for about 5 mins and when she did she simply looked up at my boyfriend and said what do you want?
