The only thing I did not need was deodorizer in my car and no wipes. The wipes left a spotted residue on my windshield and on the surfaces in my car.

I was told I can prepay and the key would be under my floor mat to pickup after hours. I arrived that night with my spare key and nothing was found. Was called the next day letting me know I could pick my car up after I informed them I already did and need my key. I was told I needed to sign papers and that I would get some electronically. Then after another call. I had to take a day off to pick up my spare key and sign papers. Ladies were very nice but this whole thing was very disorganized and aggravating

The body work that was done was good BUT tech messed up the wiring to the backup camera and it does not work. Also stacked all the wood from the truck bed onto the back seat and left it there
