I’ve used your facility probably four or five times in the last of easily Geesaman seven years eight years as long as you guys have been open pretty much used to have a detail for life the repair looks fine what my disappointment is that the car was not cleaned you can see where it wasn’t vacuumed properly the the rocker panels had foot prints on them not mine and the format format that even rinsed the back the back of the car the cargo area I hadn’t been vacuumed or or wiped out and I respect that’s why I’m disappointed

Would have been higher if not for an email from insurance company for additional repair didn't go unanswered from Thursday until Monday. I called Friday and was informed there's still wasnt a response from insurance company. Insurance Company stated response was sent out Thursday afternoon.
