This may be the way the industry is nowadays, but it took entirely too long to get my car repaired. I was led to understand that getting parts since COVID has been difficult, and that the garage is short staffed, but I had spent a small fortune on the rental car before my car was even able to be looked at. The process had me very frustrated. That being said, the body work on my car was done very well and looks great. They even cleaned my interior and left some snacks. My car is having some issues that it wasn't having when I initially dropped it off for body work, but I can't prove that it happened at the garage or if it was just coincidence. Overall, Noaker's provides good results, but I feel the time it takes to get those results are unfeasible.

Overall experience was great, but I really liked the text updates. Many times when I've taken a vehicle for repairs, there's no contact from the garage and I have no idea if everything is on track. I loved the communication!
