They spent the last 20 years delivering quality repairs and quick turn-arounds to satisfied customers and have passed the torch to us here at VIVE Collision becoming a part of our Multi-Shop Network. I was left without a vehicle for work or to run errands that I was unprepared for. If they would have said it would be a week, I would have prepped for that.

The work was done exceptionally well. The communication in regards to the length of time for repair needs improvement. I was told up to 3 days for the work but did not hear from the shop until 7 days after dropping it off. I received even more messages to pick up my vehicle a week after already picking it up.

Taking to long to repair truck and message system is incorrect with false information. As of this date truck is still at body shop and not completed as message said it was ready for pickup.

The repairs look good. I’m not happy with how everything went. I do not believe that it should have taken 3 weeks to fix my vehicle. All I can say with my overall experience was horrible. I will not take a vehicle back for repairs there ever again

Noakers went above and beyond to fix my vehicle, even noticing an unrelated issue caused by another shop and taking the initiative to fix that. All the staff was pleasant and I could not recommend this shop enough if you are looking to get work done. The quality is phenomenal. Thank you guys!
