They spent the last 20 years delivering quality repairs and quick turn-arounds to satisfied customers and have passed the torch to us here at VIVE Collision becoming a part of our Multi-Shop Network. When I first dropped my car off they acted like they didn’t even know I was supposed to and told me to call my insurance company. A service advisor had to help me get service. I ended up having a flat tire as soon as I left after telling them and showing them the tire pressure sensor showed there was a problem. Even though they came and fixed the tire two days later at my cost. I went without a car, drove home in dangerous conditions after having to take my car there from being in an accident.
