The aftermarket bumper that was installed did not line up with the bumper. It was very obvious. The repair technician or the quality check person should have pointed that out. Instead, they wanted to see if the customer notices the issue!

I would pick a higher number if you Norm Reeves Volkswagen) didn't offer to buy my car before you even started my car's accident repair work at your Collision Center. Such a turn-off!

The work was done well. The car was ready when promised. The staff was polite and courteous. Just had one slight problem where I was told they used my old door's window yet it was very dark and hard for me to see through. On having ntoo bring the car back in, it was discovered that the replacement door came with a window with a film on it, that was then removed and everything was fine.
