My car was returned to me incomplete. I was told I was going to have a manager contact me about the repairs that still needed to be done. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard from anyone. Very disappointed in the service. I specifically chose Norm Reeves Collision because I have a lease through NR Volkswagen. I expected a better experience for the almost 10k they were paid.

Work was great but your car washer destroyed my gate entry decal on my left front head lamp. I couldn’t get in my gate and had to pay 25 dollars for new one.

I thought the service was exceptional. The issue I would have coming back is the phone system is a mess. Multiple calls into voicemail, wrong numbers listed online, etc. But the people who serviced my account were exceptional

No communication, argumentative, broke a part and had to go back for them to fix it. After calling them all week , they finally called back at the end of the week at 4:30 to say the car was ready and needed to be picked up by 5:00 and If it wasn’t we’d be charged extra days for the rental car. Horrible!!
