had my car for 30 days, found a piece of loose/broken trim near the grill, pretty sure the headlights are pointing at the ground, the stuff in my backseat was thrown everywhere and the rear seats were down

You guys did fine work but it took 2 weeks. And now you've emailed me 10 times asking for a review. I missed out on a car deal because somehow you only have 1 tech that can replace a sunroof? That's crazy. This is my second not great experience with your dealership. The first time the guy down at your second lot tried to sell me a car with a cut seat belt. I won't be back quit emailing me.
