My car was kept longer because it was sent to the valley repair shop and I had to pay an additional $550 in rental fees. I was told it would be brought back to the Venice location and was unable to pick up at the Valley location earlier because of the long distance as I work. The work was good

The side of the bumper was not aligned as good as it should have been but when I spoke with one of the gentleman in charge, he agreed with me and said they would fix it.

The receptionist, April, was very helpful and pleasant. Regarding the one small flaw in the repair the technician, Instead of making excuses, was very honest about it and agreed with me.
