North Ranch was a pleasure to work with for the repair of our car. They were organized and always ready for me when I took the car to be fixed. The work was finished exactly when it as supposed to be. They sent messages every few days so I knew how things were going. They dealt with my insurance company directly so I didn’t have to make those arrangements. I highly recommend them Laura

Casey is the man. There is no body work that they can’t do. My car damage was severe from a flying object and North Ranch Body Craft was referred for the body work by Company Service Manager. They delivered on time and with perfection.

The bumper repair work was very good. When we dropped off the car, we discussed painting the lower front edges of the front bumper lower trim panel in front of each wheel where it was scratched. We were told it was no problem to have the painter spray them, as there would be paint available from painting the rear bumper cover. And we knew they would only be painting over the scratches, not bringing the condition back to "like new". When we picked up the car, those spots had not been sprayed, they took the car back twice, but it looks like those areas were painted by a toddler with a watercolor brush. It looks like crap.

Entering into the automotive industry can be a scary and unfamiliar territory to many, a place where trust is thin and respect is not always common. North Ranch was kind supportive stellar at communication and explaining the process. I will highly recommend this location to ALL my friends and family. Not only did North Ranch complete the work early but I arrived to a freshly washed and clean car. That was a true surprise. Thank you to all the staff at North Ranch for all your time and help.
