The parts were taking longer to come in which I understand but I had to keep calling everyday they said it would be ready right before closing time to find out it was going to be a couple days longer. This happened about 3 times. Which didn’t give me a lot of time to talk to the rental place or get my work schedule situated. In the future I would keep the customer more informed.
