Better shop across the street in my experience.

Repair Quality

Several pieces of dirt/dust in paint.Swirl is noticeable on front fender. Waviness compared to passenger side fender in area of repair. Repair is good enough for a ten year old daily driver but not on same quality level as work recently done at Paget across the street on a different (ten year old) minivan we own.

Customer Service

People all good. Estimator (Tony) a straight shooter. What was Not expected was that arranged for a ride to pickup at my home used our car.

I have been spreading the word. They even took care of the rental car we needed to return.

Repair Quality

Repair quality is amazing. This isn’t our first time to use this company. They keep you up to date on progress made.

Customer Service

Wish there was higher than 10. Kim and the receptionist Kat(sp?) were knowledgeable, courteous, a joy to deal with.

My Experience

Awesome job and very quick turnaround!! Exceeded my expectations by a long shot!

My Experience

Hood sticks up on passenger side, small section of seal between hood and grill sticking out, head light not seated fully. Gap along airbag seal on drivers side not addressed. All minor things, but noticeable...

Not unless they don’t mind the paint to rub off

Repair Quality

Just a personal experience but I feel once your car is repaired and painted that it should take more than a pebble thrown against it for the brand new paint to peel off. I had some small gravel hit the side of my car from a mower and I have a dozen spots pea to dime size void of any paint. Even hail damage doesn’t remove the paint. So either the paint was subpar or the process wasn’t done correctly. And when I called the shop he said to bring it back in for another estimate and that it could cost up to $1800 to dab paint on those areas. Unreal really. Colleen Bird 423-298-5776
