My poor car has been hit 4 times in 2 years, non of which was my fault. of the 4 times, i have used NorthShore Collision 3 times. They are always on top of the game. Staff is always friendly. Another shop i used the first time kept my car for 3 weeks, Northshore usually only takes a week

The repair work was completed quickly and professionally. The only complaint I have is the door has an air leak or draft sound when driving. I don’t know if an adjustment on the door would help or if this is permanent damage from the deer hitting the side of the vehicle. I would appreciate a call to discuss. Thanks

I could have been more informed about the progress of the repair as the process moved along. Not as good as it has been in the past. Also, from the past repairs have had done there I was expecting for the car to be nice and shiny when I picked it up and it definitely wasn’t! This last aspect of the repair might not have reflected the quality of the repair required from the accident, but it leaves a bad tin my mouth.
