Why would I recommend a shop that kept my car twice as long as quoted and didn’t even finish the job???

I was quoted one week for repairs. At one week, it was extended 5 additional days. It was then extended again. I was told all they had to do was “put the tires back in”. At a total of two weeks I stopped by at the end of day as told to discover the job wasn’t even completed but they would just not charge me for the unfinished work. They took an extra eeek and couldn’t even complete the job!!! Seriously disappointed with this shop!

Was told wouldn’t be charged for unfinished work but not having your car aligned wil cause other issues down the road. I guess this is how they try to build clientele, by setting you up for need of future service. But hey, they don’t charge if not completed so you should be happy, right??

This was absolutely the best auto body repair facility I have dealt with. Thoroughly impressed with the over the top customer service, regular updates, and end quality. Kim was an absolute rock star to deal with. Working in project management I understand the hurdles and internal communication required to deliver the product I received. Truly impressive.
