Absolutely superb customer service! I was able to get shuttled to pickup my rental as well as drop my rental off at their location. The text messaging and calls to notify for me of their progress with my vehicle was awesome! Would definitely recommend them if you need body repair work.

I had a great experience working with NTCC. Joe was my point of contact and he was very helpful throughout the process. He kept me informed every step of the way. They even went above and beyond and delivered a pet carrier to my home so I could travel with my pet. The only downside was my windows not being tinted due to the darkness of the tint. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
