The staff was nice & assisted with everything that was needed. But I gave an 8 rating because your automated system needs to be updated. My car was totaled out per the insurance, so sending me a text to say "your car is ready for pick-up" when that is not an option and AFTER I had gone to remove all of my belongs from my car is insensitive. Then receiving a follow up text days later asking how everything is going with my car is also insensitive. Please update your automated texting system's questions to make them more specific to individual cases.

NTCC did an amazing job fixing my car. It looks even better than when I bought the car. They fixed it fast. And kept me in the loop each day. Would definitely recommend. And the girl at the front desk. Sarah! Was very very helpful and super sweet. And Scotty helped out a lot as well.

Someone hit my parked car and drove off, which is a lousy way to start anything. North Texas Collision Center turned it into the easiest part of the whole ordeal. Tom met me the moment I walked in — asked if I was there for my repair, then picked up the phone and got me set up with Enterprise right there on the spot. I didn't have to chase anyone or figure out a single logistic myself. They handled the insurance side with GEICO, kept things moving, and the repair on the rear end came back flawless. You genuinely can't tell anything happened.
