Time frame was great and the adviser was personable and easy to talk to. However the steering wheel is crooked after the alignment. I do not have the time to come back to have it adjusted but I will get it taken care of. Aside from that everything was great

As soon as we drove off it has some clicking noise and then my car kept shaking and then it died. When turning it back on, if it would stay on and shake a lot, the moment I put it in drive it would die again. Otherwise it wouldn't even last 2 seconds staying on. Had to get it towed back to the shop and am back in a rental. I don't know what they did with it, but it wasn't fully repaired. I hope when I am told it's done again that it will truly be fixed and not constant issues.
