This was my second experience in 2 months with North Texas Collision and I gotta say the only good thing about getting rear ended twice in 2 months was the way these good people treaten me. They genuinely cared. Though they were sad I was back under those circumstances, they welcomed me like family, kept me updated, and did a great job just as before (obviously or I wouldn't be here a 2nd time). Everyone that I encountered at NTC was nice and professional. Service was prompt when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up. Clay was great and kept me updated every step of the way. My car looks great and I would return here in the future if I need work done again.
