Clay was absolutely awesome very informative kept me in tune with everything that was going on with my car. And I have to give notice to the young lady that was at the front desk she helped me to get into a rental because I had a problem with the rental there thank you clay and thank you to the front desk receptionist very professional

So very satisfied with the customer service there again I must say that clay was outstanding and the receptionist at the front desk was exceptional there was a problem with me with the rental services there so she helped me to get into another rental and it was quick so that I can get to work

I was very satisfied with North Texas Collision. Staff were very professional and helpful. I was kept up to date on the status of the repairs. My Acura repairs were spot on. In addition the car was detailed which made it a more pleasant experience. I have to say Clay Lindsey was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely will use North Texas Collision for my future repair needs and recommend the center to others. Thank you for your superior service.
