The repair was made in a timely fashion and in the time promised. The repairs left the car looking showroom new and I was beyond thrilled with the results. I hope I will not have the need to use their service again but am more than happy to recommend them to anyone that might need repairs. The staff was friendly and professional. There is only one time that I was very disappointed but I’m not considering it in my reading. I just want you to be aware that I was misled at the very beginning about the timing and the amount of work that needed to be done. In the future, when dealing with customers better to air on the side of. Of saying less rather than Moore. I have dealt with Northern Boulevard collision for many years, and felt that I got misinformation at first. I am very pleased with how things went in the long run. It was very smooth the first day and bringing my car in and getting the rental. Thank you for all that you did for me. LINDA SILVER.
