I requested to get the receipts of new parts as well as the old bumper to make sure it was changed. I was promised that I will get everything I requested. However, the day I picked up the car nothing was available. I was told that they don’t usually have that information requested available. For example I don’t believe that the grill was changed because there was nothing wrong with it.
