The repair was great, but I’m pretty sure there’s bright green paint on my rear right rim that won’t come off. I haven’t tried scrubbing it off but it hasn’t washed off in any of the rain storms that we’ve had since I picked up my car.

Everyone there was so nice and very welcoming. I appreciated the text messages with updates. My car was done sooner than expected & I got to turn in my rental car with them instead of driving all the way to the car rental place. 🤗 Overall, great experience & I will use them for any future vehicle issues.

I was unfortunately hit by another driver. Northside Collision made the process very streamline and simple. Updates were given to me during the process and the communication was excellent. Great customer service and the work was done as agreed upon and looks great. I would recommend this business.

New tires and rims were installed on driver’s side of the vehicle to replace damaged tires and rims. Subsequently tires were not rotated so treads would match (new in front/old in rear) even though the rep I spoke to assured me that would be taken care of. When I called to get a status update on my vehicle on 7/7 the admin stated it was in quality control at that very time. Seems to me that was a huge fail. Learned that Monroe was ‘subcontracted’ to perform an alignment - they replaced a ball joint and performed the alignment. Cool - but I have a sneaking suspicion they also installed the new tires and rims! So what did Northside ACTUALLY do? Besides lie to me about the work they didn’t do?
