Every employee I spoke with from start to finish was very customer focused and friendly. It made the whole experience less stressful as well as making me totally comfortable with having my car repaired at Long Pond Auto. To the employees who did the actual body work on my vehicle, I never met or spoke with any of you but my car looks brand new! Best compliment I could think to give you. Highly recommend!

Amazing service from start to finish! Eve is awesome to work with and does a great job of explaining the process and answers all questions thoroughly. I appreciated the walk through of what was done and then showing off the vehicle when it was finished. It is clear they stand behind their work and satisfaction is number one for them.

I greatly appreciated progress updates, but pushing back the expected completion date several times with no explanation was tough to accept. Just telling me up front that damage-beneath-the-obvious-damage had been found would have been helpful.
