Derek and Amber made our whole experience pleasant and reassuring. We were so nervous after the accident that their calming and professional demeanor were a big help. The car came back to us perfectly repaired and even a few days early. Oh, I forgot to mention that the loaner car we received from them was perfect also. We highly recommend them!

The whole experience was drama free and the girls at the front desk are the friendliest and take care of every last detail so you don’t have to worry. My car was in the shop longer than I would have liked, but the repair service kept in touch daily with update and calls. My cat looks beautiful!

Very satisfied with my experience with Northside Collision. The quote was competitive, and the communication was exemplary with updates all during the process. The job was completed earlier than anticipated and the repair was done well. Also the available free loaner was a nice differentiator and the whole team was professional and pleasant.

Questioning there is a 1/2 inch gap between the hood and new piece Morgan, was an excellent communicater and took great care if me. It is the weekend now. May be calling next week regarding my concern

I’m happy with most of the stuff on my car but I do have to bring it back tomorrow since the drivers side glass isn’t installed correctly and went sideways when I tried to roll the window down
