While my repair to much longer than expected because parts were not available Alexis suggested that contacting Mazda customer service might help and it did and the part holding everthing up suddenly appeared and everything was completed. I was kept informed through the entire process and was provided a loaner car. When I received my car it looked great. Everyone throughout the process were proffesional and helpful.

Northside Collision made every effort to be accommodating and communicative throughout the repair process. I was impressed with the customer service I received at every step of the way. When my insurance would no longer cover the rental, Alexis stepped right up and offered to pay for that until my car was done. When I went to pick my car up I was just as impressed with the quality of work the repair team did. Brian at the Eastwood location walked me to my car and explained what was done. He was very professional and kind! Overall. I can’t thank you folks enough for all you did to make a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. Thank you!
