I cannot fairly or adequately complete the survey as we do not have the car in our possession. We went to pick up the car from the repair on Tuesday, 2/10/26, and not only did we find it filthy and difficult to inspect in this condition, there were areas of the car that were imperfect. Some of the trim pieces were not lined up properly. One area near the hood and wheel well looks like there was a dent. The black trim near the wheel area was crooked and sticking out. We asked if someone could just adjust those pieces and were told that they could not at the Camillus location because the Greece location was the ones who were paid for the job. We didn't want to take the car until it was complete. We were told we would get a call on Wednesday with an update and did not receive a call. When I received this survey invitation on 2/12/26, I immediately called to verify and no one answered. I'm well aware you have my number and know it's me calling. We aren't trying to be difficult. Northside has had possession of this vehicle since November and I don't think it's asking too much to have it returned in pristine condition. The communication this entire time has been almost nonexistent with the exception of the times I have initiated contact. I'd really like to respectfully remedy this entire situation and leave on a positive note.

Despite the lack of communication, everyone that I have spoken to at this location has been positive. When I have called, they have tried their best to get me answers and continue to provide me with updates despite never receiving them via text message.

Picked up car and it wasnt fixed yet. Alignment was off and was still making a noise. Had to bring back and still waiting for it to be completed.

Shop did a great job and estimator staff and manager were helpful and informative. The only issue was confusion caused by their automated automated update system giving me what I viewed as conflicting with what they were telling me. They patiently straightened out my confusion. Actual job warrants 10.

Great job on my 2016 tahoe. It was mint before I hit a deer, after the repairs back to mint again. Paint match was perfect and im very satisfied with the results. Staff was friendly and informative and keep me in the loop through the whole process. Strongly recommend.
