> there was an orange sticker on my windshield when I picked up my car. The adhesive didn’t come off when I scraped off the sticker. > Timeline expectations were not managed well at all. At the beginning I was told 1 week. Then was told another week. Then was told it would take a third week. The job itself should not have gone past a 1 week. If they weren’t ready to work on my car, I should have been given a later drop off date. And I was paying on a rental for every day so this additional time cost me out of my own pocket. > Work itself seems fine.

I have no problem with the work itself. My low ratings are due to Northside Collision’s poor management of timeline expectations. One week originally. Then a second week. The third week they cited the same reasons they gave for week 2. The work itself shouldn’t have taken a full week let alone 3. If they weren’t prepared to work on my car for whatever reason, they should have set a later drop off date.
