Couldn’t be happier with Northside Collision. Did an amazing job with my car and staff was very friendly and professional. Everyone was friendly and professional- Victoria and Sam specifically. I was kept updated on the progress of the repairs every day. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained to me up front and throughout the process. Much appreciated. I picked up my car today and it is spotless inside and out. Wonderful job on the repairs. Attention to detail that I noticed immediately. Really can’t think of anything more that could have been done to make this experience any better than it was. Highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else. 10 out 10 experience.

When I showed up to pick up my vehicle I noticed two items that needed to be corrected. The tech said that they would order the corrected parts and call me when they arrive. I will go back and get this fixed when parts come in

Communication about pick up day lacked accuracy as the job came to an end. I would have appreciated a call back to tell me the car would not be ready by the end of the promised day - rather than me waiting until your closing time with no communication.
