I picked up the car today and it looks good. I will only take issue with the robo-texts telling me the car is ready for pickup. It was several weeks before I actually picked up the vehicle. You would be better off not sending those out as I thought the texts were factual and planned accordingly. This ended up costing me almost a thousand dollars in rental fees thinking the vehicle would be ready. The lack of communication was frustrating and unnecessary. If you needed more time to fix the car I would understand. Giving me phony pick up dates was not helpful.

The robo emails describing the status of the vehicle are not appreciated when the completion dates are not correct. I planned according to the first completion date and ended up spending $400 on a rental that I could have avoided if the completion dates were accurate. Every week, for several weeks, I would get an email stating it would be done that Friday.

Great customer service from Veronica and Sam. When they weren't satisfied with the first repair, they called me and said they wanted to keep it longer and make it right. They did! Great job. Very satisfied
