Always love the work done by Northwest Autobody. Not only does the vehicle look like it did before the accident, they cleaned and the car!! Insurance can sometimes be challenging to deal with and the shop sent us reminders of what we needed to do and helped explain it all.

The replacement bumper kept coming in scratched but they worked with me to get the scratched buffed out and I can hardly even see it anymore. They did an amazing job and I appreciate their hard work.
