Excellent service and repair is fantastic. Would have liked to looked over the repair with someone before being handed over the keys. Pre-repair a tech said they could touch up a couple of bumper scratches in 5 minutes but wasn’t looked at ( not from accident) In all very happy

The process of repairing my car was easy and simple. Dropped it off and a week later my car was shiny like a brand new car. It really shows that you guys care for your customers with how responsible you’ve handle my vehicle. I really appreciate Shiboney’s customer service and I highly recommend you listen to her playlist.

Shiboney is great and a wonderful, patient representative to talk to. However there was mis-promised car rental coverage due to delays and the boss retracted her original offer to me. While I understand what happened, it was frustrating to hear that especially since I had already returned a borrowed car causing additional hardships. Also the automated texts that tell you when your car would be ready weren’t accurate and caused problems in my car borrowing situation because I thought my car was on schedule as it had stated. And finally, I had asked about an additional repair to my car but never got a response on whether it was possible to get done. Overall me having to follow up and get clarity with the process was what brought this score lower.
