You guys did a great job on fixing the bumper it looks brand new! And the inside was super clean thank you guys very much! I did notice there was a couple dings to my radios interface that weren’t there before, so that’s kinda disappointing but other than that I am satisfied with results, thanks again!

The car on the outside looks great! Looks like new, the trunk does close a little lighter than before but works great otherwise. I did notice a couple dings on the inside of the car on the face of the radio platform that weren’t there before, I’m assuming they were from the detailing when someone cleaned, kinda disappointed those are there cause I can’t help but look at them now. Other than that they did a great job.

My experience at NW Auto Body Shop was beyond my expectations. Shiboney at the front desk was amazing and very professional. Her communication and customer service was top notch, she kept up with sending me reminders and regular status updates via text messages. They even provided me with a complimentary ride (Uber/Lyft) to and from my house after dropping off my car for repair. I was told my car would be ready within 3 days and it was ready within that time frame. I was very surprised not only with the timing but also with the job they did. The paint job and the installation of all parts was astonishing. They even washed my car and it looks completely new again. I will definitely go back to them if I ever need them and absolutely recommend them to anyone. They definitely deserve a 5 star rating.🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅

Loved the fact that you guys go above and beyond with the Lyft ride home and ease of the whole process. A huge shout out to the lady at the front desk (Bree I think) I really appreciate the customer service you have and I might be back come summer time to get some more cosmetic repairs done this time completely out of pocket. Northwest did an amazing Job on my car. I was honestly scared they would not be able to match the color but they did and it looks amazing as if nothing had happen. They gave me updates when ever something came up through text which was great. They even cleaned the inside which I was not expecting. So happy with the outcome.
