NORTHWEST HAS DONE TWO REPAIRS FOR ME OVER LAST YEAR AND HALF, THEY HAVE BEEN HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY FROM DAY ONE. ALWAYS KEEPING ME UPDATED, WORK SECOND TO NONE, AND I CANT THINK OF ANY BUSINESS I WOULD RATHER USE FOR MY AUTOMOBILE REPAIRS. I HAVENT HAD TO LIFT A FINGER, FROM PICKUP, TO INSURANCE CLAIM TO REPAIR, THEY DID IT ALL. AND THEY HAVE KEPT MY DAUGHTER SAFE AS THE WORK AND REPAIRS ARE NEVER SECOND RATE USING QUALITY PARTS.

A little issue at the start w the rental not being handled and there upon dropping our vehicle off, but other than that services was great... wife even really appreciated that it was vacuumed and thought that was above and beyond....

We had to wait a while to get it back but it was not car shops fault. It was matter of getting parts which are getting harder and harder to receive.I’m a timely fashion. But we wanted quality and so we were patient. We are very greatful for all the hard work they put into it and very happy to have it back. Thank you!! Big kudos for the team and to Shiboney for keeping us informed of progress snd setbacks with clear explanation of why and what Our thanks From Gordon and DARLENE.(wife) I now have my car to drive as he was using it for getting to work!!

They did an excellent job. They were concerned with doing job right not fast!! The delay on parts was not there fault. We understood that. So due to last part being that it would not get here till September Shiboney went to bat for us and said not acceptable. So the tech fixed it in-house and did an excellent job!!! It took longer but that’s ok. Better to be fixed right than to do quick shoddy job!! Thank you!! So anyone reading this just don’t blame the shop!! Car parts are getting harder to get delivered with so much going on overseas in other countries where parts are manufactured or taking long to obtain. Especially with pandemic still raging So be patient!! Thanks guys!! We will recommend you to others!!!
