I brought my vehicle to NWAB through the insurance company. I was nervous going into it all worried about being given the run around but all aspects of the situation. NWAB answered all questions and concerns that I had, kept me up to date on the progress of the repair and paid for the extension of my rental vehicle when repairs took longer than hoped. I would use them again without hesitation though I hope to never need body work again.

Visual inspection shows that the quality of the work was top-notch. The gaps between body panels are nice and consistant... maybe better than new. Northwest Auto Body did a wonderful job putting my Ford Expedition back together after an accident. They were prompt with the work and all the body panels fit together perfectly. They paid attention to the details and it looks as good as new. John is an excellent communicator, keeping me informed every few days as the work progressed. If I ever need body work again, NWAB will be my first stop.

Best Customer service ever. My car was fixed. They are best at communicating ever. Drop off your car they get you a Uber to a a rental car and back. They are so amazing.
