Did not look at vehicle when I brought it in, so I could show them what all was wrong all they seen was the damaged door. I did tell them about the damage, and I assumed that they must have it maybe you had already given them a work order because when I told them what needed to be fixed, he said we will check it out and get it all done.

My rental vehicle was not ready, they didn't even know who I was and the only vehicle that was available was a monster truck, which was a gas hog. Although I was told that I could come back and they would exchange it the next day, I would have had to take off work to do so. Therefore I drove it a total of maybe 30 miles and left it parked in the driveway just in case I would have had an emergency.
