Lack of communication regarding the status of the repair. Texts were sent updating progress but wete never accurate. Promises were made that phone calls would be made to update me were never received, only texts that were explained to me to be autogenerated. The repair itself is mostly OK, but I hear water swishing around coming dlfrom somewhere in the car that wasn't there when I dropped it off.
