You received car on March 19th, didn’t touch for a week, ordered wrong parts, said it was done wasn’t done, said would call didn’t call. Couldn’t get straight answers. Made no effort to make it right then let us know with no warning it was ready and expected us drop everything and come immediately to get because you had no space

I was initially told it would be done the same day. However staff apologized for the delay and I was otherwise very pleased with the service. Staff were friendly.

NW Collision services was great. I was stressed out from an accident, they took my car right away and started working on repairs. With all the delays in getting car parts I was nervous I might be out of my car for weeks. They got the parts in a few days and repaired everything quickly. I was impressed with the quick responses I received for updates on my repair. I hope to never be in an accident again, but I would recommend this shop to anyone who was.

Overall I am satisfied with the work. However, I was not notified that my replacement bumper was damaged upon receipt, which pushed back the day my car was ready. Had that been my expectation, it still would have been a hassle because I had to leave work in order to pick it up, but I wouldn't have wasted an hour of my time driving to the shop to pick my car up, when it wasn't ready! I was told it would be ready Friday, so when I went directly there on Monday after arriving home from an out of town trip, I was incredibly frustrated to see that my car wasn't ready, and nobody had notified me of the delay, wasting my precious time off.
