The passenger side door that was damaged and part of the estimate and expected work was not taken care of at all. It was not touched. This takes time and stress to deal with. I will take it to my auto shop in Tacoma where I live because it's an inconvenience for me to keep going to Portland. This is disappointing for my wife, my daughter and me to keep dealing with this after your quote and commitment to fix our car. Please refund me the portion for the work you didn't do so that I can take it to my auto body shop in Tacoma. Please call me to discuss anytime because this is wrong for you to charge and get paid for work you didn't complete. Terrible customer service.

The looks fantastic, and I appreciate the prompt job. My only small dissatisfaction is that the driver's door doesn't close quite as well as pre-condition. Overall good job.

They managed my rental car pickup and dropoff with no issues and were very responsive and proactive in the process, informing me as my car was being worked on and ready for pickup. They even went the extra mile to deliver my vehicle back to me upon completion which speaks volumes to their service. Highly recommend!
