The battery was run down so low the car had to be jump started, in their hurry they didn’t replace several fasteners that hold the battery cover in place

As far as I can tell, the quality of the repairs is great. No issues with quality of the work. However, I received texts at least twice telling me my car was going to be ready on a specific date, and it was not. This information wasn't volunteered to me. I had to dig it out of you guys. When I phone called into ask for more details, I was promised calls back and twice no return call ever occurred. I think you could have done a better job keeping me informed. The initial guess is to the length of time you needed to keep. My car was 10 days. It ended up being a month.
