I just noticed that I am unable to open the passenger side window when pressing associated button on the driver's side door, which is a new issue with the car. I'll plan on calling in about this! Otherwise it was timely, my care was clean, and the shop communicated well with my insurance!

I literally literally received zero phone calls about the progress of my truck, even after they only told me it would be three days…. including the weekend, which I was not informed of either, ended up being two weeks. nobody even told me what was going on or what was being fixed on my truck at any point, until I received the paperwork at the end I had no idea. This is terrible Customer service
