Brought in my Mazda3, windows broken out, interior torn, dents in the side and deep key marks. NW Collision Services was quick to repair (way ahead of schedule!) my vehicle and it looks amazing! The repairs appear to be good. When I picked up the car there was what appeared to be black grease on the driver’s seat and debris on the rubber mat in the trunk. I drew it to the attention of the office staff who had it cleaned.

These folks took excellent care of me! Very good communication and quick service! I even left things in my rental car on accident and the team kept my belongings safe until I was able to retrieve them. They made the rental car process smooth and easy as well, highly recommend nw collision!
