Star Paint & Body Works Inc.
88 W Main St, Middletown(845) 343-257588 W Main St, Middletown, NY 10940"JJ and team at Star Collision Auto Body were welcoming and professional through the entire process. I knew every step of what was happening and I was updated at each moment. When my car was ready it was a seamless repair and it was a nice touch for the interior to be detailed before pickup. I would recommend Star Collision and will use them for another personal repair on my car in the future."

Byron's Patterson Auto Body Inc..
2597 Route 22, Patterson(845) 878-34562597 Route 22, Patterson, NY 12563"Absolutely no complaints- when I first arrived, I noticed how clean and quiet the shop was. Everything was seamless, car drop off, rental car pick up and then retrieving my car. My car appears to have been repaired perfectly. The woman at the front desk were lovely to deal with. The only thing I wish would have happened- is that; when I picked up my car I would have liked someone from the shop to come out to my car with me and go over the details of the repair. I would definitely recommend Byron’s Patterson Auto for any auto body repairs."

Romeo Collision Center
128 State Route 28, Kingston(845) 331-6200128 State Route 28, Kingston, NY 12401"As noted previously, I found myself initiating more of the status inquiries than I would have preferred. That said, this was a unique repair involving parts availability challenges, and Brian was always responsive and communicated well when we connected. My only suggestion would be a slightly more proactive approach to providing updates throughout the process. A minor opportunity for improvement in an otherwise excellent customer service experience."
