I recommend to others based on the work that was done, but I would warn them about not getting a complimentary car for more than 1 week. The shop wouldn't make an exception.

I would give it a rating of 10 if the shop was more understanding and let me use the complimentary car for 2 weeks instead of 1. The repair was 9k, and I only needed 1k of damages to use the car. Could have made an exception because the shop made a lot of money and be more accommodating to customer's need.

the car looks super nice! the only problem I had with it is right now whenever I get into my car it smells heavy like fumes . i'm sure it will fade away. looks nice

All of the staff who I was in communication with were fantastic. From drop off to pick up everyone was very professional and helpful. The job was done a few days prior to the anticipated finish date, and when I let them know I was out of town they accommodated and let me pick up my car at a later date. Pain job was phenomenal, and they even did a rough detail on the inside of my car (sorry for all of the dog hair lol). Will recommend to others and use again if need be. Thanks guys!

My experience has been tainted by the fact that I found Subway children’s food packaging in the door pocket in the back seat. I don’t Subway, I don’t eat junk food or meat. My children are in their 30’s. So that means someone at your business used my car, and had their children in the backseat. I don’t appreciate that! Someone who most likely speaks Spanish, as the Spanish radio station was left on.
