I absolutely adore the receptionist. The entire shop did a wonderful job updating me during the process and everything was completed in a timely manner. They also prepared everything for the drop off and made it so easy. I spent less than 15 minutes picking up my rental and dropping off my car. They were so friendly and made it feel homey. I was devastated to see my 2 year old car so badly damaged. Whole front had been ripped off. Just got it back today and it’s a new car. Front was totally replaced and the whole car detailed. Estimated time complete 18 days done in 14. I’m extremely pleased.

Very welcoming and cheerful desk lady. Fast and easy paper work. Text messages for update was reassuring. Very excellent work on the repair and was done a day before estimated time. Even had a free tire shine on the way out, thank you so much. This may very well be the only auto shop I will go to from now.
