"They take the time to make the repairs right, and right the first time. Brandon seems to care about your issues and get your car back to you not only on time, but he makes sure the repairs are correct. Most companies I find just do the basics to try and keep you happy, but Gerber seems to really want to keep you as a customer. They repaired our car before when there was pretty good damage from a semi tire coming apart in front of us, and that repair was perfect.
